A literary review of unsigned voices

Anonymous feedback,
typeset with care.

FeedNovel collects anonymous responses from your team and binds them into a single, hand-set page: a story, a poem, a song, or a piece in mixed form. Nothing is published until at least seven voices have spoken. No name. No IP. No user agent. Ever.

The Room Before the Meeting

Published 10 April 2026 From What does quiet labor look like in your work? Voices 12 of 7 minimum
There is a room, they wrote, and it fills slowly. The lamps warm before the meeting starts. Someone opens a window. Someone else, without being asked, straightens the chairs into a shape that feels less like a review and more like an afternoon. What we heard, read back to ourselves in the small hours, was this: the work that matters is rarely the work that is counted. It is the listening before the listening. It is the sentence drafted and deleted. It is the colleague who writes a longer message so that the shorter one reads like kindness.

A fictional sample. Real issues are typeset from your team's anonymous answers, never ours.

The practice

Privacy as silence

Nothing is published until seven distinct voices have answered. Below that threshold we stay quiet. Silence isn't a delay; it is the privacy guarantee.

Voices held in confidence

Names, emails, phone numbers, and other identifiers are scrubbed from every response before a single word reaches the typesetter. No IP, no user agent, no way back.

Typeset, not summarised

Each issue is composed in one of four forms (story, poem, song, or mixed), chosen for the question. The output is meant to be read aloud, not skimmed.

The first seven voices are free. No card to begin. Setting up a campaign takes about five minutes; the first issue arrives once your team has answered.
